Andrea is our Managing Director and has been successfully managing businesses since her early twenties (we don’t ask exactly how long ago that was!). Her working days are famously long, and when she’s not running Ripley Glass, she’s busy running the stables, the farm, and her husband.

With outstanding customer service skills, tenacity, and deep industry knowledge, Andrea has played a key role in expanding Ripley Glass’s most diverse glass service offering to date.

Neil, Andrea’s dad, retired in his 70s and passed the reins of the business on to her. He’s still involved with the company finances and is often heard complaining about the heat in Cornwall!

After running Ripley Glass through many years — including some tough ones — Neil’s hard work has left the company in a strong position and well known for its glass expertise. Customers still regularly ask after him and are always pleased to see him when he pops in.

Jamie is a long-standing member of our team, bringing a broad range of skills across the building trade. His attention to detail and in-depth knowledge are what truly set him apart.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys touring in his camper van and spending quality time with friends and family.

Mark is a key member of our team, offering extensive expertise in aluminium, plastic, and timber window and door applications. His years of experience enable us to transform ideas into reality, delivering practical solutions to even the most complex challenges.

When he’s not at work, Mark spends most of his time with his partner and children. With a big family and a seven-year-old keeping him on his toes, life outside work is never quiet.

Alex is the newest member of our team, bringing a strong background in joinery that’s evident in his attention to detail and broad knowledge across a wide range of building applications.

A dedicated family man, Alex stays just as busy at home, with his spare time taken up by his two young sons.
