Meet Andrea!

Andrea is our Managing Director and has managed businesses since her early 20s (We’re not sure when that was but we don’t ask!) Her working day is about 30 hours long, when not running Ripley Glass, she’s running the stables, farm and husband!

Andrea has an excellent level of customer service, tenacity and knowledge of our industry. Thanks to Andrea and the team, we have a service offering in glass that is more diverse than it ever has been.

Meet Lee!

Lee has over 35 years in the glazing industry, not that you can tell…

Lee is an expert in the field and has worked on 1000s of projects. He is well known in our industry and a familiar, friendly face to our loyal customers. Loves a cuppa with a biscuit after a job well done.

Outside of work Lee dons his leathers and hops on one of his 3 bikes riding off into the sunset.

Meet Adam!

Our talented fitter who has got 20yrs experience in the glass trade, there is nothing much that phases him!

From bespoke shower screen fitments and splash back templating to the complex balustrade systems, Adam has the knowledge to deliver the best fitting around your home.

Adam is also experienced with installing traditional glazing and UPVC, he's a real asset to the Ripley Glass team.

Meet Jamie!

Jamie is the newest member to our team, you will see Jamie working alongside Adam and Lee on some larger projects. He is quickly becoming a huge part of our Ripley Glass team.

In his free time Jamie likes to go touring in his camper van and spend time with friends and family!

Honourable mention.

Neil, Andrea’s Dad, retired in his 70s leaving the reigns of the business to her. He’s still involved in the business finances today, often heard complaining about how hot it is in Cornwall!

Neil ran Ripley Glass for many, many years including some tough ones and thanks to him, our company is in a strong position and synonymous with glass. Many of customers still ask to see how he’s doing today and warmly welcome him, when he pops in to visit.
